I forgot to tell you, we used to have a local man that has passed on the we called the “Orcihd Man” He had ever type and color of orchid there is in his garden. When you walk through it, it was like walking a rainbow. Simply gorgeous!!!

      • Well … I like the name Orchid Man. I may have to alter that to Orchid Woman.
I have about 45 now. I have cultivated a few on my own. I have them on my back porch.
They are beautiful when they all bloom. I get the blooms in the Spring and Fall.
I have a variety of colors, too. I like to purchase them when they are not in bloom and get the
surprise of what color they are when the bud opens.
        Blessings,
        Izzy xoxo

    • Thanks Terri … Did you notice the ants on the first two buds.
They are on the droplet of water. They were the reason I took
the photo. I thought that was nature at its’ finest.
      Thanks …
      Isadora

It just happened that way. When I buy them they are not blooming.
I never know what color they are going to be. It’s like a rainbow when they all open.
      Gracias,
      Isadora

    • I agree with you “Hope” can keep us going when all else seems very bleak.
Nature can help us see that we can be strong and overcome adversity if we
stand strong in our “Hope’ for better tomorrows.
Thank you, Amira, for your lovely comments and for always being supportive.
